MBA, Ph.D.
Dr.Jaideep is an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department, SRCC. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration with dual specialization in Human Resource Management & Marketing. He obtained his Ph. D, in Organizational Behavior from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He has more than ten years of experience in teaching, research and administration. Dr Jaideep worked as Research Officer in the project entitled Restructuring of Ministry of Home Affairs at Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He has published several research papers in various national and international journals. He has also presented papers in international conferences held in India, UK and Canada. He was awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship by Indian Council of Social Science Research in the 2018.
