M.Com., M.Phil.

Ms. Saumya Aggarwal is an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department, SRCC. She obtained her B.Com. (Hons.) from Hansraj College and M.Com. from Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. She also obtained her M.Phil. from the Department of Commerce, University of Delhi from where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of Organization Behavior. She is also CA(IPCC) qualified with distinction from ICAI. With acute focus on research, she has authored over 10 national and international research articles and worked on several papers published or under process indexed in Ulrich's and Scopus. Her primary research work revolves around the area of Organizational Culture.
