Events & Activities
Week-o-Nomics
Week-o-Nomics, a week-long fiesta, was organized during November 02-07, 2015 which witnessed a session by Mr. Gopal Krishna Agarwal, National Spokesperson, Economic Affairs, BJP. Many events such as Guesstimate session, ‘Budget Bingo’ and Tweet Chat were also organized.
Economics Summit
The Shri Ram Economics Summit, a national level economics summit, was organized on January 28-29, 2016. Revolving around the theme 'Illuminating India - Idea by Idea', the 4th Edition of the summit was embellished with knowledge sessions, events and speaker sessions by eminent personalities like Dr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia (Former Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission), Mr. Amitabh Kant (CEO, NITI Aayog) and Dr. Bimal Jalan (Former Governor, RBI).
Ecostasy
Ecostasy, the biggest economics cultural fest, was organized on February 23-24, 2015 which witnessed a fascinating line up of fun events and the first ever flash mob by the society members.
Ceteris Paribus
The Society now maintaind a continuous web presence through its website (www.ecosocsrcc.com). ‘Ceteris Paribus’, the monthly newsletter, has been made into an e-newsletter. The society also releases its annual economic journal ‘Artha’ at the end of March every year.
