As per provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005, any information falling in the domain of the College can be obtained from it, if otherwise restricted as per the provisions of the Act.

Applications under the RTI Act should be addressed to the Public Information Officer.  In case the applicant is not satisfied with the answer or do not get the reply within stipulated time the Applet Authority may be contacted.

The prescribed fee for the purpose is Rs.10/-.  Applicant would be required to pay for stationery/photocopy charges separately, if applicable, as per the Act.

The fee in cash can be deposited with the Accounts Office of the College between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., and application in person can be deposited with the Section Officer (Administration) or the Administrative Officer.

The application can also be send through post addressed to the PIO at following address alongwith the prescribed fee by way of bank draft or Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of ‘Shri Ram College of Commerce”, payable at Delhi.
